This Rosko stainless steel electric countertop fryer is made in Quebec. This unit is designed for a power supply of 240 V and offers a power output of 16 000 W distributed by two (2) elements. Two (2) baskets and one (1) mesh screen are included with this fryer. Suitable for installation on combustible surfaces, this fryer will be the perfect addition to your commercial kitchen.
