Description
The removable round opening adapter plate is made of stainless steel and can be used for all Rosko steam table models. Having the same overall dimensions as a full size 12" X 20" pan, the plate allows a variety of configurations for your steam table. The openings are compatible with standard round inset containers. This model accommodates one (1) 2.2L container, one (1) 3.9L container and one (1) 6.7L container.
