Description
The removable round opening adapter plate is made of stainless steel and can be used for all Rosko steam table models. Having the same overall dimensions as a full size 12" X 20" pan, the plate allows a variety of configurations for your steam table. The openings are compatible with standard round inset containers. This model accommodates one (1) 2.2L container and two (2) 3.9L containers.
