This Rosko stainless steel electric countertop griddle is made in Quebec. Designed for a 240 V power supply, this unit offers 4 000 W of power output distributed by one (1) element. The cooking area is compact and versatile at 17.5" X 19". This griddle will be the perfect addition to your restaurant, cafeteria, or catering equipment.

- 3" (77 mm) high splash guards on three (3) sides
- Removable grease pan drawer with drain included
- 1" (25 mm) adjustable feet

- Power outputs from 4 000 to 12 000 W available depending on the model
- Thermostatic control of temperature from 150 °F to 450 °F (65 °C to 232 °C)

- Adapted for combustible surfaces installation
- Requires a 1" (25 mm) clearance on both sides as well as behind the unit if next to combustible material
- All models require commercial installation and are not intended for residential use
