This Rosko stainless steel electric countertop griddle is made in Quebec. Designed for a 240 V power supply, this unit offers 8 000 W of power output distributed by two (2) elements. The cooking area is compact and versatile at 23.5" X 19". The chrome plating provides both an optimal heat transfer and a smooth work surface that will make it easier to cook more complex food containing less fat.
